Once a Project is marked as completed, Explorers will be asked to rate their Creator.
We use a 5 star rating scale where 5 is the highest rating and 1 is the lowest. Here are some guidelines for choosing a rating for your Creator. Remember, if you have any issues with a Creator please let us know straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A 5 star Creator is someone who met the Explorer’s brief for the Project perfectly. They finished the Project on time and met all the Explorer’s expectations. They were great at staying in touch and asked questions about the brief when they needed to. The Explorer felt like the Project was important to the Creator.
A 3 star Creator is someone who only partially met the Explorer’s brief for the Project. They might also have finished the Project later than agreed or been slow to reply to messages. Or perhaps what they delivered for the pProject didn’t quite match the quality of the work in their portfolio.
A 1 star Creator is someone who didn’t meet the Explorer’s brief for the Project. If they did deliver any part of the Project then it’s likely to have been poor quality and nothing like the quality of the work in their portfolio. They may not have replied to messages.
When you give a Creator a rating you’ll also be able to leave a short message of feedback which will then be visible on their dashboard to anyone else considering working with them.
We know that trusting each other is really important to our community of Creators and Explorers, and we think these ratings are the best building blocks for that trust. We’d welcome any feedback at email@example.com.
